I do not feel it is appropriate for a 11 year old to introduce make up to her skin so early. Introducing her to skin care is best. For special occasions, like Halloween it is ok. She has plenty of time for make-up. Teach them how to take care their skin first. Wearing a lot of make-up at an early age ages your skin fast, and can cause increased acne during puberty. Just FYI.
