Toys, and a new diaper bag, some play clothes that Baby can grow into by next spring and summer, a holiday outfit for each of them. A new baby bowl and spoon for the morning cereal. A new high chair! More things, for the other children. All the Halloween costumes they’ll be needing. Some little tennis shoes. Some mascara, lipstick and blush, for your fiancee to look pretty. Sounds like fun! Farmers have different crops that harvest at different times. Even then, there could be a non-growing season…like winter when a farmer has no crops. During these times, we often get harvests from other parts of the country or world where they have harvests throughout the year. If you’ll notice, corn is plenty and cheap in spring…when the first harvest comes in from corn planted at the end of winter/beginning of spring. Corn can be harvested again in the fall before winter sets in.
