There are a few things that the Supreme God, Jesus and Zeus have in common. First, they are all made-up entities. Second, none of them really exist anywhere except in the minds of their cult of followers. Third, the delusions surrounding their existence have been used to manipulate society on a massive scale, and not to it's benefit. Fourth, people use these names to justify killing other people. You are referring to the Categorical Imperative, a phrase coined by Kant that has several different versions, all in the sense of “Always act like you can wish that everybody should act”. The difference between the CI and the Christian Golden Rule is that Kant appeals more to reason and a selfless view on society as a whole.
